Products that are ranked in the top 5 or have a global market share of 5% or higher, or are likely to achieve this within the next 7 years, are eligible for selection.
Cell Biotech Duolac has been selected as a World-Class Product, establishing itself as a brand leading the globalization of K-probiotics. Duolac has maintained the top spot in global exports for 11 consecutive years, recording an overwhelming export performance among domestic companies, accounting for KRW 25.9 billion out of the total domestic probiotic exports of KRW 59.6 billion in 2023. It is currently exporting K-probiotics to 55 countries around the world, demonstrating the power of ‘K-probiotics’ in the global market. In particular, it is recording the second-highest market share in Denmark, the home of probiotics.
In addition, this year, it has proven the quality of ‘K-probiotics’ by listing the most lactic acid bacteria in the world in the US FDA GRAS safety system.
